2017 - Network of Women ERG is Formed

christopher launched its first Employee Resource Group to provide opportunities for the women of christopher to learn from and engage with each other, strengthen their community relationships and encourage leadership readiness. What started with a handful of meetings per year has now turned in to a robust schedule with educational opportunities, philanthropy initiatives, informal gatherings and increased communication and collaboration across teams.
