2015 - christopher Begins Planning of the Paul VI Redevelopment

This unique project, constructed by IDI Group Companies, takes a City of Fairfax historic landmark and turns it into the center of a new, 18.5 acre, mixed-use development with multi-family condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, community and retail uses as well as public open spaces and a plaza called Boulevard VI.
