2015 - Master Planning Support Starts for the Inova Center for Personalized Health Campus in Fairfax County

christopher worked with Exxon Mobile in 2012 on the sale of their 117-acre headquarter site off Gallows Road in Fairfax, Virginia, to Inova Hospital for a planned redevelopment and expansion.

ICPH is poised to become the ultimate hub of science and technological innovation, offering treatments and research for countless types of cancers, diseases, ailments, injuries and more. The campus will also feature a new Proton Therapy Facility, one of only twenty-eight currently in the United States.

Many of the buildings on the extensive campus are nearing completion with Tower 4, Building C and the Park3 Infrastructure project poised for completion in Spring 2022. christopher continues partnering with Inova to support their master planning efforts, permitting, surveying and engineering efforts.
