1997 - Dominion Valley Country Club

Dominion Valley Country Club is a 2,200 acre planned community of over 2,400 single family homes and townhomes and 250,00 sf of office and retail space in Prince William County, located just north of Haymarket on Route 15.

christopher provided surveying support and solutions on the infrastructure and houseline stakeouts on multiple sections and roadways within the development as well as plat preparation and GPS solutions as required by Prince William County. This project was instrumental in bringing water to western Prince William County and expanded Route 15.
