christopher’s data center boom started with the Facebook Data Center in Henrico County. Since then, data centers have transformed both landscape and property values as data’s role continues to grow. To date christopher has worked on a dozen or more data center campuses comprising more than 30 buildings as we continue to rapidly grow this section of the firm’s portfolio.
