Steve has over 25 years of engineering experience, primarily in the Richmond area, specializing in private land development ranging from single-family and multi-family residential to commercial, and industrial projects. Having extensive project management experience, he strives to help every client deliver a successful project. Steve understands the regulatory requirements of the various jurisdictions within the Richmond metropolitan area and what is required to navigate the entitlement process for development projects. Steve was named as Senior Associate in 2021.
Steve graduated from the Virginia Tech in 1994 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is active in industry associations including HBAR and GRACRE. He has lived in the Richmond area for most of his life, currently residing in Powhatan County with his wife and three sons. In his spare time you will find Steve outdoors with his family as much as possible, fishing, attending sporting events, and playing the occasional round of golf.
