Risk Management requires the attention and commitment of every team member at christopher. For that reason, we consider it a Core Value.

The focus of our Risk Management Team, led by our Risk Manager, Jessica Harrison is to protect the christopher family and our clients. They apply a forward-looking process to anticipate and avert risk in the following areas: contracts, data integrity, technology security, asset management, and of course physical safety.

Contracts are an integral part of our industry and our review process is intended to establish a strong and honest relationship with our clients and partners. We aspire to have a successful beginning and end to every project and view this as the foundation for meaningful collaboration and effective communication.

Technologies that have become essential, even vital, in improving efficiency around project data can also open firms to risk. We have actively outlined and continue to enforce a robust information security strategy to reduce our breach vulnerability and preserve our data integrity.

Protecting everyone on the job site requires a robust Safety Program. Ours is comprehensive, thoughtfully developed and consistently implemented. From day one, new field personnel are provided with safety orientation as well as training on the proper use and implementation of all safety equipment and procedures. Continuing education and appropriate certifications are provided throughout the year and are available to all christopher employees.
