christopher consultants provided civil engineering and surveying services to Studio27 for the redevelopment of the Wahler Campus for Achievement Prep. The new elementary school was designed to be built in two phases, with the first phase being a new 52,000 SF building and the second phase being a renovation of the existing 45,000 SF school building. christopher prepared the site demolition plan, concept site plans and design development plans. The first phase was completed in 2015.
christopher also prepared the Green Area Ratio (GAR) plan and calculations, along with SWM/BMP. Services also included construction administration and a tree location survey, and an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey.
