Civil engineering services included: providing sanitary sewer studies, BMP design including a green roof, construction phasing plans including maintaining the existing garage walls to use as sheeting and shoring for construction, cost estimates, site layouts, exhibits and plats. christopher also provided extensive coordination between the client, stakeholders and Arlington County Officials throughout the 4.1 site plan process and Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) meetings.
The 400 Army Navy Drive project is the redevelopment of an existing office building located in Arlington, Virginia, within the Crystal City sector plan. The 1.65-acre site was rezoned for 453 dwelling units located in two towers. The two towers sit on top of a shared podium which houses the sales and leasing office and other amenities. The building is in a high-profile location, visible from interstate 395 and marking the entrance to Crystal City.
