Bealeton Gateway, VA – christopher provided land planning and civil engineering for the new Bealeton Gateway Sheetz in Fauquier County. Topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA survey, conceptual layout design, subdivision and land development coordination, and construction services were provided for the new fueling station and convenience store.
Lexington Seven, Loudoun County, VA – christopher provided civil engineering, surveying and land planning for the new fueling station and convenience store.
