The 2.67 acre site proposed will provide 56 units consisting of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The proposed site improvements include an ADA accessible route, gazebo, raised vegetable gardens, courtyard, landscape features, hardscape aesthetics and pocket parks. Rents will vary between 40 and 60 percent of the area’s median income, which is $129,000 for a family of four.
christopher is providing services that include conceptual site planning, drainage design, MCDOT road improvements, stormwater management, landscape design, site grading, traffic coordination, WSSC water design, County coordination and support. The project has gone through the Development Review Committee, Rustic Road Committee, and the Historic Preservation Committee.
