christopher provided land surveying, civil engineering and site planning services from initial conceptual plans through final detailed civil/site construction plans and consultation for a three-story, 129,836 square foot Elementary School utilizing a new building prototype to accommodate a smaller, urban-sized parcel of land.
Included in the design of the new school site is a storm sewer system design, stormwater management and best management practices design, water and sewer utility design as well as water system modeling to provide fire flows for building protection. Engineering consultation, design and coordination with the owner, and project architect has been provided throughout the project.
