christopher provided site planning, surveying, landscape architecture and construction phasing to Rust Orling Architecture for the development of the Prince Street Hotel. This six-story hotel, now part of Hilton Garden Inn and owned by Carr Hospitality, is located at the corner of Prince Street and Daingerfield Road in Alexandria. The hotel was built by Clark Construction.
Prince Street Hotel, at 87,855 square-feet, features 109 rooms and 32 below-grade parking spaces. Located two blocks from the King Street metro, the hotel features a boardroom, over 600 feet of flexible meeting space, a sundeck and a green roof. The rooftop terrace offers views of the Alexandria skyline and DC including the Washington Monument. The hotel is LEED Silver certified.
Prince Street Hotel opened to guests in the spring of 2015.
