New Embassy Compound – Libreville, Gabon

Since 2008, christopher has been providing civil engineering services to the U.S. Department of State Overseas Building Operations (OBO) on both new overseas facilities and the renovation of existing facilities. christopher was retained to revise a previously prepared set of Design/Build documents on the New Embassy Compound at Libreville, Gabon, turning them into a Design/Bid/Build set of documents. The previous documents were prepared by a civil engineering firm that christopher replaced.
