christopher provided civil engineering and surveying services to Hoffman Management, Inc. for the construction of the new National Science Foundation (NSF) Headquarters. The NSF site is part of Hoffman Development’s 56-acre Hoffman Town Center project, which christopher has been providing civil engineering and surveying services for since 1998. The NSF Headquarters is approximately 660,800 square feet.
The site, at 2500 Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria, was formerly known as Hoffman Site – Block 8. When the General Services Administration selected it as the site for the new NSF Headquarters, it was named the Best Real Estate Deal of 2013 by the Washington Business Journal. The project was completed in 2017.
