Madison Mews is a 26-unit townhome development in the City of Fairfax. This redevelopment project involved the demolition of the City Library (which was relocated and rebuilt) and construction of the 26 townhomes, frontage improvements on two City streets in the City of Fairfax’s historic downtown area, landscape plans and streetscape improvements. Significant utility relocation and complex drainage design was required as well to work within the confines of the aging infrastructure.
