Lexington Seven

christopher provided civil engineering, surveying and planning services for Lexington Seven since the site was initially planned in 1986, including rezoning services to transform the site from an office park to a mixed-use residential development. christopher worked directly with land owner Capital Associates, as well as end users on the site including Sheetz and Texas Roadhouse.

The christopher survey team also provided a full range of services including checking existing horizontal and vertical control for stakeout purposes; staking limits for construction; staking sediment basins and trap; and staking utilities for blasting.

The Lexington Seven project includes approximately 62 acres of land in Loudoun County off of Route 7 and north of the Dulles Airport. It houses retail buildings including Texas Roadhouse, Sheetz, The Oak Health Club, Mattress Warehouse, Black Hog BBQ, The Learning Experience and beauty salons. christopher also completed associated infrastructure and surface parking for the complex.
