christopher consultants provided civil engineering and surveying services for a new standalone clubhouse and multiple pools at Lansdowne’s 500-acre resort property. Project efforts included the site planning and design of a three-story, 43,000 SF clubhouse, multiple pools and associated parking. christopher also provided extensive surveying services throughout the site. christopher’s team coordinated plans with the site and pool architects, designed the raising of the pool area, coordinated with utility companies and prepared ALTA surveys for the golf course and clubhouse.
The resort and golf course remained in operation throughout all phases of the redevelopment. christopher coordinated closely with the owner, architect, resort general manager and manager of golf operations. This ensured that the project was phased to minimize impacts to ongoing operations while still meeting the project schedule. The project was completed on time and on budget.
