christopher provided civil engineering and surveying services for the modernization of the DCPS Ruth K. Webb Campus. The project included 75,000 SF of renovation and partial reconstruction. Project efforts included full site planning services, including design development drawings and preparation of construction documents. christopher also submitted the site plans through DC Water and prepared SWM as-built plans for DDOE approval.
The renovated KIPP DC charter school serves over 1,000 pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students. The school is LEED Silver Certified.
