christopher provided civil engineering services for the Hyatt Place at Eagle Village as part of our work with the University of Mary Washington Foundation on the Eagle Village project, which has spanned many years. christopher provided civil engineering services during the rezoning phase of the project, as the development was converting from a Commercial/Retail Shopping Center to Planned Development Mixed Use. christopher created a generalized development plan, surveyed the site, and assisted with underground utility locations. After the planning phase, christopher provided complete engineering and site design services leading to an approved site plan and permits for construction. christopher then provided complete construction stakeout services to contractor Donley’s Inc.
