Notch 8 is a mixed-use development with a Giant grocery on the ground floor, 253 residential units on levels 2-6, a fitness center, and a pool and courtyard on level 2. christopher consultants provided entitlement services, civil engineering design and construction administration services to The JBG Companies for this project.
The development is just one of dozens that christopher has worked on in the Potomac Yard development, a project we have been involved in since 1998. Notch 8 is a railroad term, paying homage to Potomac Yard’s history as a former rail yard.
