christopher provided construction stakeout to Clark Construction for the City Market at O, a luxury mixed-use multi-family development located in the heart of Washington, DC’s historic Shaw Neighborhood. City Market at O is a mixture of old and new with the façade of the historic O Street Market (now Giant Foods) remaining as a gateway to the new modern, hip apartments.
The one million square foot urban infill project covers two city blocks. Developments include 550 luxury rental apartments, 90 affordable senior rental units, 182 Cambria Suites hotel rooms and nearly 90,000 square feet of retail space anchored by the Giant Food Store.
