christopher consultants provided civil engineering, land planning and surveying services for a data center campus for Facebook in Henrico County, VA. The site is approximately 365 acres in size and the campus contains approximately 1,575,000 sf of data center in five buildings with an electric substation.
christopher worked closely with the Owner’s site selection team to assess multiple sites in the Commonwealth of Virginia by performing due diligence support, conceptual layouts and preliminary engineering. The site plan was processed through the AHJ’s FastTrack process. Project efforts include preliminary and advanced civil planning, SWM/BMP design, dry utility modeling for all electrical and telecom duct banks, landscape planning and construction administration services.
