Embassy Suites Springfield

christopher was part of the team that designed and built the Embassy Suites Springfield, a major new hotel located near I-95. This area off of Loisdale Road is undergoing significant development due to the federal government’s Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program, which caused an influx of government workers and their families to the area. christopher provided all civil engineering and surveying at the property, working for Miller Global Properties, LLC. Project tasks for the Embassy Suites included civil site design, stormwater management, construction stakeout, as-builts, topographic surveys and landscape architecture.
