christopher provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services for the Dunkin’ Donuts located in the Kelly’s Ford Plaza in the Oaklawn Development. Project efforts included full site services including rezoning, site plan, boundary adjustment and easement plat, and construction stakeout.
Situated on the prominent corner of Battlefield Parkway SE and Miller Drive SE, this Dunkin Donuts is part of the addition to the retail on the site, which includes Chick-Fil-A. This retail establishments represent just a small fraction of the work christopher has performed in Oaklawn over the last 15 years.
christopher has recently received Special Exception approval for a drive-thru for another Dunkin’ store in Fairfax County and has started final site plan work for the store.
