christopher provided land surveying services under a prime Term Contract to the City of Manassas, held from 2017 – 2020. Our projects included 2.4 miles of right-of-way and topography, commercial and public property boundary surveys, public utility surveys, encroachment identification, and providing courthouse research to assist the City with their assets.
The City’s challenges include an urban environment, detailed hardscapes, pedestrian travel, multiple underground utilities and a limited budget. christohpher utilized our decades of experience working in dense municipal areas to deliver results and cost-effective solutions.
