In October 2019, christopher was awarded two term contracts with the City of Fairfax to provide Civil Engineering and Surveying services.
christopher has provided engineering, land surveying, land planning and expert witness services to the City for many different projects over the years including:
- City of Fairfax School Bus Parking Lot: planning and design services of a new school bus parking lot on Pickett Road in the City of Fairfax
- Sherwood Community Center: construction stakeout services
- Old Town Square: survey services for this park in Old Town Fairfax
christopher provided expert witness services for the acquisition of public parks in the City of Fairfax including:
- Stafford Drive Park
- Draper Drive Park
- Providence Park
- Ted Grefe Park
