Carlyle Crossing

christopher is providing civil engineering, permitting, DSUP processing and surveying services for the development of Carylye Crossing, blocks 4&5 of the Hoffman Town Center project. christopher’s efforts on the $350 million project include a final site plan, stormwater management/best practices design, site lighting plan, construction management plan, LEED coordination and more.

The property will include 210,000 square-feet of retail anchored by an 84,000 square-foot Wegmans. Over 750 residential units — a mix of condominiums and apartments — are planned throughout three buildings. The new development aims to be an active urban center with talks of many restaurants, a fitness center, a day care and more. The project broke ground in July of 2019.

christopher has worked with Hoffman Company on the Hoffman Town Center since 1998, including the Town Center, the Hoffman Center Parking Garage, the National Science Foundation Headquarters at Land Block B and the Hoffman Towers at Blocks 11 & 12. Anticipated completion date of Blocks 4 & 5 is 2021.
