The property will include 210,000 square-feet of retail anchored by an 84,000 square-foot Wegmans. Over 720 residential units are planned throughout three towers. One unique aspect of this project is the loading dock by which delivery trucks can turn around completely inside the building without having to back up or block any vehicular access in Mill Road. The project includes about 1.7 acres of green roof, one of the largest in the region.
The new development aims to be a transformative project that creates an active urban center with many restaurants, a day care and more. The project broke ground in July of 2019 and will be substantially complete in the summer of 2022.
