christopher provided survey stakeout services on BerkleyNet Center at Innovation and relocated our Prince William Office to the building upon completion.
The three-story, 72,500-square-foot building features Class A office space. The project broke ground in May of 2016 and was completed in April of 2017. christopher occupies approximately 8,000 square feet of the space, located on the first floor. The building was designed by architecture firm MGMA and includes modern finishings, open workspace environments and a furnished outdoor patio. Developer Buchanan Partners and contractor LF Jennings also worked on the site.
The building is adjacent to the George Mason Science and Technology Campus and steps away from christopher’s previous office location in the Innovation development.
BerkleyNet Center is part of the ongoing renovation of Innovation Park that started several decades ago. The development began with the George Mason University building in 1992, and now houses over 30 companies providing jobs for over 2,300 people. This area of Innovation Park continues to grow and expand through development and redevelopment. We are pleased to participate and be a part of this exciting development area of Prince William County.
