christopher consultants provided civil engineering, surveying and stormwater management services for the development of Ashburn Crossing, an 80-acre commercial site located in Loudoun County, Virginia. The campus includes eight office buildings totaling more than 800,000 square feet of commercial space. The park includes a 20.8-acre site that was developed for Corporate Offices Properties Trust for 300,000 square feet of data centers.
christopher provided planning, engineering, survey and landscape architectural services on the project which included permitting assistance on rough grading plans and a site plan to be approved by Loudoun County. christopher also worked with Loudoun Water to get the site connected to both their potable and reclaimed water system.
