Ambassador’s Residence, U.S. Embassy in Nicaragua

christopher provided bridging documents for the U.S. Department of State Overseas Building Operations (OBO) on the renovation of the Ambassador’s Residence at the U.S. Embassy in Managua, Nicaragua. The work included the demolition of some existing facilities, providing new utility services (electric, storm sewer, domestic water, T.S.S., sanitary sewer, communications), security facilities, duct bank extension and E&S controls. The bridging documents were intended for issue as the controlling documents for a design/build solicitation by OBO.
