christopher performed technical site assessments for George Mason Elementary and Cora Kelly School for Math, Science and Technology under a term contract. ACPS was seeking to maximize each site’s potential. Each school is a unique project and its individual attributes, geographical/community context, and other objectives must be considered independently during the technical study.
christopher provided approximate locations of water and sanitary sewer from available records and identified availability for expansion at each location. We also identified stormwater management/best management practices (SWM/BMP) requirements for expansions or replacement and provided plan requirements for temporary onsite classrooms.
