The Path to Leadership Program was established to develop, recognize and reward employees who demonstrate continuous actions that promote quality, success and growth of the organization. The program provides tiers or stages which recognize achievements at various stages of an employee’s growth potential. Employees are chosen for the program based upon their strengths and individual leadership goals. In addition, the path to leadership allows the firm to plan for our future by identifying and training the leaders of tomorrow.

All members of the Path to Leadership exemplify christopher’s 4C’s – Character, Capability, Chemistry and Commitment. All are called upon to be part of christopher’s short and long-term strategy sessions, to have a true voice in shaping christopher’s future. Equally, all are expected to support the mission and operations of the company and exemplify leadership to their peers.
