christopher re-opened our office doors to all employees in the summer of 2021 and rolled out a formal flexible work policy called the SmartWork Program. Dependent upon the amount of time that their physical presence is needed, a mutually agreed upon plan is put into place enabling a mix of in-office and from-home work. christopher provides all the technology necessary to make this arrangement work seamlessly.
SmartWork has been great. It allows me to work from home effectively by providing me with all the resources that I would have when working in the office. It gives me the flexibility of working from home when needed but also coming into the office and communicating with my team in person!
For me, SmartWork means freedom, flexibility, efficiency and peace and quiet. When you have all these in a work environment, productivity increases by a significant amount and leads to high levels of success.
Our Smartwork program has been such a positive experience. I love being able to come in to the office on some days and then on other days work from the comfort of my own home. The flexibility is amazing!

Bucketlist – Our Employee Recognition Program
Everyone appreciates being recognized for a job well done. We make it official and visible to the rest of the office! Bucketlist is an online platform that gives christopher employees the opportunity to call out their colleagues and teammates for birthdays, service anniversaries, a job well done or just general appreciation. The platform is fun, easy to use and when accolades build up, the recipient can exchange them for gift cards, charitable donations, company swag and even a free PTO day!
Our Employee Resource Groups give christopher employees the opportunity to connect with other teammates with the same perspective. This connection and support builds strong relationships, promotes collaboration and improves our work environment.
