Our Company
christopher provides civil engineering, surveying, planning, landscape architecture, environmental and sustainable design services from our offices in Fairfax, Manassas, Leesburg, Warrenton and Richmond, Virginia and in Lanham, Maryland. The firm was founded in 1982 and currently employs 150 professionals including licensed professional engineers, licensed surveyors, registered landscape architects, planners, certified arborists, technicians and information technology specialists. Our staff provides a full range of infrastructure, site and facility services.
Members of our firm are additionally qualified through OSHA training, confined space entry and LEED certification and we have an exceptional safety rating of .78.

Our extensive project list includes large multi-year sustainable projects, public/private partnership developments, LEED certified projects, mixed-use development, federal installations, municipal buildings, state and local government term contracts, educational and training facilities, data centers, roadways and religious facilities. In our 40 years, christopher has worked on some of the most significant projects in the Washington Metropolitan Region.
