christopher is pleased to announce that Brian Long, LS has joined our Richmond office as a Group Leader. Brian will lead survey efforts out of Richmond as well as support efforts of our Virginia Survey Division throughout the state.
“We are excited to have Brian on board as we expand our survey efforts in the Richmond area,” said Chris Fillmore, LS, Vice President of Surveys. “His skills and expertise will help us provide the same great service to our Richmond clients as we do throughout the state.”
Brian joins christopher from Dewberry where he worked for over eight years. Brian has been a surveyor for nearly 30 years and a licensed surveyor in Virginia since 1997. Brian has a wide range of experience in the public, energy and private sectors performing services including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction stakeout, hydrographic surveys and route surveys.
Brian is a graduate of Old Dominion University. He lives in Louisa County with his wife and dogs & cats and in his free time enjoys being outdoors. Brian is active as a volunteer in the Boy Scouts of America where all three of his sons reached the rank of Eagle Scout.
