2020 has been a year of reflection and taking a closer look at our values as a company and as a nation. In support of our efforts to create better communities, christopher has taken several steps towards a more diverse workforce.
One we are most proud of is an ongoing partnership with Prince William County Public School Unity Reed High School (formally Stonewall Jackson), where we are currently working with school leaders to offer internships, leadership training, life skills and mentorship to their diverse student population.
In lieu of holiday gifts this year, we are creating a scholarship fund for Unity Reed that will assist an aspiring engineer in reaching their dreams.
