christopher’s Urban Land Division is pleased to announce two recent promotions.

Eli Goldman, PE Promoted to Senior Project Manager

Eli Goldman, PE has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Eli began his career with christopher in 2010 as an intern. Eli’s hard work and dedication to the firm earned him the title of Associate in 2019. His role as Senior Project Manager includes coordinating with clients to ensure that engineering work meets and exceeds their expectations.

“I have enjoyed working with Eli over the past ten years and to see him grow as an engineer and as an individual,” said Kevin Washington, Vice President of Urban Land. “I look forward to another ten great years.”

Eli is active in the industry as Co-Chair of the Alexandria Government Relations Committee for NAIOP Northern Virginia and a member of the ULI Washington Young Leaders and has served previously on the Community Service Committee. He is also captain of the christopher softball team and has led the team to multiple championships. Eli earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. He spends his off-work hours bass fishing on the Potomac River, playing basketball and cheering on the Washington Nationals.

Ye Won Han Promoted to Project Engineer

Ye Won Han has been promoted to Project Engineer. Yewon joined christopher in 2019 as Engineer II on David Sharon’s team. As a Project Engineer, Ye Won specializes in projects in DC, working closely with DC Water and DOEE.

“Ye Won jumped right in and has been a big contributor on our DC projects,” said christopher Senior Associate and Group Leader, David Sharon, PE. “She frequently lends a hand to the rest of the Urban Land squad when needed, including the MD office. Ye Won works diligently and always has a pleasant demeanor. Grateful to have her on our team.”

Ye Won graduated from Virginia Tech in 2016 and has four years of experience in engineering. In her free time, you can find her enjoying yoga and barre classes.

Our Urban Division is based out of our headquarters in Fairfax. Led by Kevin Washington, the team specializes in addressing the needs of our urban clients particularly in Alexandria, Arlington and DC.
