christopher is pleased to announce that Kerry Rice, PE, PMP has joined the firm as Vice President of our Public Division.

Kerry brings 29 years of experience in the industry, with a large portion of his focus being on the public sector. In addition to being a Professional Engineer in Virginia, Kerry is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Kerry’s areas of expertise include environmental compliance, water resource management, housing inspections and disaster response. Notably Kerry worked on disaster relief efforts for FEMA around natural disasters including Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Sandy.

In his role as VP of Public, Kerry will focus on strategic efforts with christopher’s Public clients including leading pursuits and managing client relationships.

Before joining christopher, Kerry spent the majority of his career with AECOM. Kerry graduated from Virginia Tech in 1991 with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Kerry has lived in Loudoun County with his wife for the past 27 years, now sharing their rural land with cows, chickens and ducks. He and his wife are homeschool parents of 6 children, the oldest 3 who have graduated. Kerry is also active in the western Loudoun community as President of Upper Loudoun Little League and Treasurer for Boy Scout Troop 39 in Purcellville.
