christopher consultants is excited to announce the promotions of Tiffany Caceres, PE, and Brandon Ferrell, PE, to Project Manager. Both Tiffany and Brandon work out of our Leesburg office contributing to projects within Loudoun County and other suburban jurisdictions.

Tiffany began her career with the firm in 2012 and earned her Professional Engineer (PE) license in 2018. She graduated from University of Virginia with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Tiffany is well adept at managing concurrent projects and focuses on residential and mixed-use communities. She was also selected as a member of christopher’s 2030 Task Force, a strategic advisory committee tasked with planning for the firm’s future. Additionally, Tiffany is a member of NAIOP Northern Virginia where she serves on the Developing Leaders Committee, as well as a member of NVBIA.

“Tiffany is always upbeat and leads with a smile. She is a rapid learner and takes on responsibilities of project management very seriously. She is often selected for interoffice committees due to her knowledge, experience and ability to communicate with others,” says Joe Paciulli, Vice President of Suburban Land at christopher.

Brandon Ferrell has been with christopher for nearly two years and holds PE licenses in Virginia and Maryland. His current projects include data centers, the new Aldie Fire Station and Mount Sterling, a Loudoun County residential community with a proposed 98 affordable units, 144 multifamily units, and 74 townhouse units. Brandon is a dedicated team member and a key player of the three-time reigning christopher softball team.

“Brandon is well organized and very precise with his work. He came here with no AutoCAD experience, and now he is one of the more proficient AutoCAD/Civil 3D users in the office,” says Bum Phillips, Senior Associate.
