christopher consultants is excited to announce Mustafa Mahmoodzada has recently passed his licensing exam to become a Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia. He is a Project Engineer in our Fairfax office and joined the christopher team in 2018.
Mustafa is part of our Urban Land Division with a primary focus on projects in Fairfax County, Arlington County and the City of Alexandria. The Inova Center for Personalized Health in Fairfax and Potomac Yard in Alexandria are two of Mustafa’s biggest projects. His primary responsibilities include planning and design of a variety of civil engineering projects related to public infrastructure, water/sewer/storm water infrastructure and transportation. He functions as the lead designer in the preparation, organization and submission of drawings to the appropriate jurisdiction. Mustafa ensures our robust internal QA/QC procedures are followed in order to deliver the most technically sound product to our clients.
Mustafa graduated from Kabul University in Kabul, Afghanistan, in 2009 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. In 2018, he earned the ASFPM Certified Floodplain Manager (Virginia) credential. In his free time, Mustafa enjoys reading books, spending time with his family and friends and playing soccer.
