christopher consultants, ltd. (christopher) is excited to announce the promotion of Rich Cebrick to Surveyor ll. Rich is a surveyor in our Virginia Survey Division operating out of our Prince William office. He has been with the firm since 2015 and has contributed to many of our high-profile projects. He was also on the winning team for the Virginia Association of Surveyors 2019 Plat Contest in topographic maps.
