christopher consultants (christopher) is excited to announce Katherine Paciulli has recently earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Katherine has been with the firm since 2014 serving as Human Resources Coordinator.
A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification recognizes a progression of HR experience measured by a broad spectrum testing of HR knowledge, such as planning, workforce development, business strategy, labor relations, benefits and compensation. This broad HR knowledge base is intended to prepare a person for their next steps on the HR career path as they move from implementing programs to creating programs. The PHR certification signifies a dedication to the Human Resources profession and a commitment, via recertification, to an ongoing focus toward study and exposure to HR best practice.
“My degree from Virginia Tech was in Management with a Human Resources concentration – so I’ve always had a passion for HR! I have truly enjoyed focusing on HR efforts with christopher. I’ve learned so much from our Director of Human Resources and was excited that christopher supported me in furthering my knowledge and skills in the field by taking the PHR exam,” says Katherine.
Katherine supports christopher’s staff every day through new hire onboarding, retention activities, representing christopher at career fairs, payroll and benefits assistance, Intranet administration, training program coordination and much more. She is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and holds a Virginia Notary Public license.
