christopher consultants is pleased to announce Ian Holley has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager working out of our Leesburg, VA, office. Ian is a past christopher employee, and we are delighted to welcome him back to the team.
Ian has over twenty-two years of experience in site civil engineering for various types of projects to include completed university, commercial, office, retail and residential within the Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, areas. His noteworthy projects from previous firms include the Harriet Tubman Quadrangle Renovation at Howard University, the Smithsonian Institution Campus Master Plan, WMATA Police Station Substation, DC Water Enhancement Clarification Facility (Blue Plains) and Booz Allen Perimeter Security Control.
Ian is joining christopher’s Suburban team coordinating with our partners and managing some of our biggest projects in the region. He will also be responsible for further developing christopher’s relationships with key architects, local jurisdictions and federal government entities.
Ian received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology from Virginia State University, as well as an A.S. in Civil Engineering from Northern Virginia Community College. In his free time, Ian enjoys working on his car, playing golf and staying current on local and national news.
