Rafael Cervantes, PE, and his team of engineers at Cervantes & Associates (C&A) have joined the christopher consultants, ltd. (christopher) staff as of December 2018. Rafael and his team bring considerable experience in the federal arena, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Central Intelligence Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the General Services Administration.
Mr. Cervantes has decades of civil engineering and surveying experience for clients at the federal, state and local levels, including open-ended contracts, site planning, highways, roads and industrial projects. His portfolio of work is worldwide and includes over 60 embassy compounds and numerous military installations.
The C&A staff is now located in christopher’s Fairfax office. The addition of C&A’s experience, expertise and staff allows christopher to expand our abilities to serve our numerous federal, state and local clients.
