christopher consultants, ltd. (christopher) congratulates Howard J. Guba, PE, on his appointment June 19, 2018, to the Fairfax County Engineering Standards Review Committee (ESRC). He was nominated by Chairman Bulova of the Board of Supervisors.
In this role, Howard will be an At-Large Citizen-representative. The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors established a Continuing Review Committee to evaluate Policies and Guidelines for the Preparation of Subdivision and Site Plans. The committee consists of twenty members from professional, civic and county organizations. christopher’s VP of Land Development, Mike Kitchen, also serves on the Fairfax County ESRC as the NAIOP Northern Virginia representative.
Howard is the business development manager at christopher. Prior to joining us, he had a successful career in Fairfax County Government serving as Director of Office of Capital Facilities and Deputy Director of the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services. Howard is an invaluable member of the business development team, providing insight and guidance on public sector procurement, CIPs and shortlist interview preparation.
