Under this concept, a Group Leader is assigned to manage a project from inception through construction, rather than having the project pass from one section or department to another as is typical in many other firms.

The Group Leader maintains continuity and has direct responsibility to track each project throughout the process to ensure client schedules and cost goals are met.
