2009 - On May 13, 2009 the City of Fairfax held it's first Business Appreciation Awards program at Old Town Hall. At that time, the City recognized christopher consultants and presented the firm with an Ambassador Award. This award recognized ccl as a business that has brought positive recognition to the City through its inclusion in the Washington Business Journal's Book of Lists.

2008 - christopher consultants, ltd. is pleased to announce that Ruth Fields has become a Partner of the Firm.
Ms. Fields has been with christopher consultants for 18 years and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
and Treasurer. She also sits on the Board of Directors. Ruth is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting.

FAIRFAX, VA, September 19,
2007 - christopher consultants, ltd. is proud to celebrate 25 years of civil
engineering service to the Washington metropolitan area. Founded in 1982 with
one office in Fairfax, Virginia, christopher consultants has grown into an
industry leader with six production offices and nearly 200 employees. During our
twenty-five years in business ccl engineers and surveyors have participated in
the phenomenal growth of the National Capitol region, and have navigated the
highs and lows of the building industry. ccl arrives at 25 years having worked
on many of the most significant projects in the area including the Potomac Yard,
Lansdowne, Harbor Station, METRO, George Mason University, Sheltered Harbor and
many more residential, commercial, institutional and public sector properties in
the Washington/Baltimore region. Employees from christopher consultants gathered
at the Fairfax office, where the company was founded 25 years ago, on Wednesday,
September 19, 2007 to celebrate this important company milestone. After 25
years, the Fairfax office remains an active and vital production office.

# # JIM MAIER SURVEYING SCHOLARSHIP AWARD WINNERS FAIRFAX, VA, July
19, 2007 - christopher consultants, ltd. is pleased to announce the
recipients of the first James R. Maier Memorial Scholarship for
Surveyors. Alton Echols, IV of Lovettsville, Virginia and
Jessica Schulte of Pasadena, Maryland will each receive $500 to
further their pursuit of a career in Land Surveying. Alton is currently
a student at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia where he is
studying surveying. Jessica recently completed courses at The Community
College of Baltimore County in Catonsville, Maryland and will continue
her surveying coursework at Towson University in Towson, Maryland in the
fall.

2007 SCHOLARSHIP AWARD WINNERS FAIRFAX, VA, June
29, 2007 - christopher consultants, ltd. is pleased to announce the
recipients of our annual christopher consultants Scholarship. Arash
Hamidi of Briar Woods High School in Ashburn, Virginia and Luisa
Cruz of Annandale High School in Annandale, Virginia have each been
awarded $1,000. In the fall, both Arash and Luisa will begin studies at
Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Arash will study Civil
Engineering and Luisa will study Landscape Architecture. The scholarship
award also includes the offer of an internship with christopher
consultants at one of its six offices.

Loudoun County, Virginia office. The christopher consultants Loudoun
office opened in 1985 and during its 22 years in operation has worked on
some of the most significant projects in Loudoun County including

FAIRFAX, VA, March 26, 2007 - christopher consultants is pleased to
announce three new Associates. Andy Gorecki, P.E. in Prince
William; John Householder, P.E. in Maryland and John Levtov,
P.E. in Fairfax have been named Associates of the Firm.
John
Levtov, P.E. came to christopher consultants over 13 years ago,
beginning in the field survey operation. John quickly moved into the
engineering design section of the firm and is now a Senior Project
Manager. John has been involved in the most significant projects in the
Fairfax Office, including the Potomac Yard development.

Science and Technology in Alexandria, Virginia and Michael Sorensen
of Chantilly High School in Chantilly, Virginia have each been awarded

in Washington, DC and Michael will attend Virginia Tech in Blacksburg,

28, 2006 - christopher consultants, ltd. is pleased to announce that Michael J. O’Hara, Jr., P.E. has been named an Associate of the
Firm. Mike is a native of Pennsylvania, a graduate of Lehigh University,
and has been in christopher consultants’ Fairfax office since 1997. Mike
has worked on many of christopher consultants’ most significant projects
including the Potomac Yard development, Powhatan Skate Park, the
Arlington Transitway and he is now Project Manager on the Arlington
North Tract Park. Mike is a Certified Professional Engineer in the
Commonwealth of Virginia and is also LEED certified.

January 21, 2006 - christopher consultants, ltd. recently relocated
its Fredericksburg, Virginia office. christopher consultants
opened a Fredericksburg office in 2004, and since beginning operation,
the office has succeeded in building a solid presence in Fredericksburg,
Spotsylvania County and surrounding jurisdictions. The office is
currently working on significant projects, including surveying at Civil
War battlefields for the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania National Military
Park, a site plan for a new Best Western hotel and retail center in
Spotsylvania County, Virginia and Oakland Farms, a 90-lot development

January 13, 2006 - christopher consultants, ltd. recently received a
2005 Fairfax County Land Conservation Award for outstanding commitment
to tree preservation in the Single-Family Residential category. The
award resulted from work on the Annandale Road Development. christopher
consultants configured a small subdivision plan to lessen the impact to
a large oak tree on the site by placing the house in a manner that kept
