ccl Announces New Partners
JEFF SMITH AND MIKE KITCHEN NAMED PARTNERS Fairfax, VA, June 3, 2010- christopher consultants is pleased to announce that Jeffrey S. Smith, L.S. and Michael S. Kitchen, P.E. have been named Partners of the Firm. Mike Kitchen has been with christopher consultants for 12 years, during which time he has worked on many of the firm’s most significant projects in Prince William County and surrounding jurisdictions. Mike's leadership has enabled us to keep high profile in PWC. Mike’s most recent position was as Director of Design for the Prince William and Fredericksburg offices where his expertise, business activities and leadership skills helped to sustain our business through the worst of economic times. In addition to being named a Partner of the firm, Mike is our new Co-Vice President of the ccl Land Development Division. MOUNT VERNON COMMONS COMPLETED Fairfax, VA, June 1, 2010 - christopher consultants has completed work at Mount Vernon Commons in Alexandria, Virginia. This 141-unit rental apartment development is prominently located in the Del Ray/Mount Vernon area of Alexandria. The unique "flat iron" triangular site (while presenting a design challenge) resulted in a very interesting and attractive finished product. ccl was responsible for complete design services on this project, including surveying, engineering, landscape architecture and construction administration services.

2009 - On May 13, 2009 the City of Fairfax held it's first Business Appreciation Awards program at Old Town Hall. At that time, the City recognized christopher consultants and presented the firm with an Ambassador Award. This award recognized ccl as a business that has brought positive recognition to the City through its inclusion in the Washington Business Journal's Book of Lists.

2008 - christopher consultants, ltd. is pleased to announce that Ruth Fields has become a Partner of the Firm.
Ms. Fields has been with christopher consultants for 18 years and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
and Treasurer. She also sits on the Board of Directors. Ruth is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting.

2007 - christopher consultants, ltd. is proud to celebrate 25 years of civil
engineering service to the Washington metropolitan area. Founded in 1982 with
one office in Fairfax, Virginia, christopher consultants has grown into an
industry leader with six production offices and nearly 200 employees. During our
twenty-five years in business ccl engineers and surveyors have participated in
the phenomenal growth of the National Capitol region, and have navigated the
highs and lows of the building industry. ccl arrives at 25 years having worked
on many of the most significant projects in the area including the Potomac Yard,
Lansdowne, Harbor Station, METRO, George Mason University, Sheltered Harbor and
many more residential, commercial, institutional and public sector properties in
the Washington/Baltimore region. Employees from christopher consultants gathered
at the Fairfax office, where the company was founded 25 years ago, on Wednesday,
September 19, 2007 to celebrate this important company milestone. After 25
years, the Fairfax office remains an active and vital production office.

# # JIM MAIER SURVEYING SCHOLARSHIP AWARD WINNERS FAIRFAX, VA, July
19, 2007 - christopher consultants, ltd. is pleased to announce the
recipients of the first James R. Maier Memorial Scholarship for
Surveyors. Alton Echols, IV of Lovettsville, Virginia and
Jessica Schulte of Pasadena, Maryland will each receive $500 to
further their pursuit of a career in Land Surveying. Alton is currently
a student at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia where he is
studying surveying. Jessica recently completed courses at The Community
College of Baltimore County in Catonsville, Maryland and will continue
her surveying coursework at Towson University in Towson, Maryland in the
fall.

recipients of our annual christopher consultants Scholarship. Arash
Hamidi of Briar Woods High School in Ashburn, Virginia and Luisa
Cruz of Annandale High School in Annandale, Virginia have each been
awarded $1,000. In the fall, both Arash and Luisa will begin studies at
Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Arash will study Civil
Engineering and Luisa will study Landscape Architecture. The scholarship
award also includes the offer of an internship with christopher
consultants at one of its six offices.

in Washington, DC and Michael will attend Virginia Tech in Blacksburg,
